Line for the production of Pizza Cheese with Hot Water Cooker-Stretcher
Traditional solution with capacities from 150 up to 3,000 kg/h, ideal for low-moisture products and long shelf life.

- double kneading section for high hourly production
- possibility to put dry salt through a salt metering device
- automatic moulding system with carousel machine and pre-hardening moulding head, arranged for CIP washing

Line for the production of Pizza Cheese with Steam Cooker-Stretcher
Flexible, high-performance solution with capacities from 80 up to 3,600 kg/h, suitable for fresh or frozen curd, buffalo curd and powder ingredients such as casein or waste processing for spreadable cheese production.
