Technical Features

It is suitable for the moulding of fresh products and the production of extruded products like continuous cords, twisted cheese and clipping products
Entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel
Extruder pipes with different diameter and length to be connected to theclipping machine for the production of clipping cheese
The body of the machine is fitted with an electrically-heated jacket to keep the product at the ideal moulding temperature
N. 2 augers, completely removable, diameter 150 mm, built in AISI 304 stainless steel
Moulding roller diameter 215 mm, 350 mm long, built in polyetilene high density, certified for food contact
The moulding rollers and augers are speed adjustable by inverter
The parts in contact with the product are teflon-coated in order to benon-stick
Electrical control panel I AISI 304 with IP 65 protection class
Thermoregulator with digital display for temperature control
Electronic rev counter with a digital display, to calculate the turns of the moulding roller and the number of the products
