PASTA FILATA: Mozzarella, Analogo Mozzarella, Pizza Cheese and Food Preparations

Technical Features

  • It is indicated to carry a pasta filata from the LAB 18 melter- stretcher machine to the moulding machine
  • Constructed entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel
  • The body of the machine is fitted with an electrically-heated jacket to keep
  • N. 4 augers, counter-rotating and removable (diam. 150 mm) slightly compress the pasta-filata against the extruder tube
  • Is able to feed 2 moulding machines at the same time thanks to the N. 2 independent output cones
  • Extruding pipe with different diameters and length in order to simplify the connection with the moulding machine
  • The second cone keeps moving the product by unloading it back to the hopper to avoid the cooling down of the product
  • Augers with adjustable speed by Inverter
  • The parts in contact with the product are teflon-coated in order to benon-stick
  • Electrical control panel I AISI 304 with IP 65 protection class
  • The 500 kg capacity hopper is able to contain the full batch of the stretching machine
  • Thermoregulator with digital display for temperature control
  • Easy to disassemble and wash the extruder pipe
