    ADVANTAGES:

    Technical Features

    • Entirely constructed in Aisi 304 stainless steel
    • The electrically-heated jacket allows the product to be kept constantly atthe ideal moulding temperature
    • Thrust section is equipped with N. 2 bi-directional, removable augers with adjustable speed by inverter
    • Moulding and pre-cooling head is complete with cylindrical or rectangular shape moulds with continuous rotation and with variable speed by inverter
    • Cooling happens by means of the cold water circulation outside the moulding pipes, ensured by a self-priming pump
    • Electronic regulation of the height of the product
    • Automatic control of the cooling temperature and the rotating speed of moulding head, which determines the cooling time and the hourly production
    • The production time and the costs of the labour are reduced
    • All the parts in contact with the product are entirely teflon-coated in orderto be non-stick
    • Electrical control panel in AISI 304 stainless steel with IP 65 protection
    • Safety sensors according to the CEE regulations
    • Product expulsion directly into the RF automatic cooling line
