    Fresh and frozen curd

     

    ADVANTAGES:

    • Has the function of cutting curd into optimum-sized slices for the next stage in the cooking-stretching process

    • Augers move the product towards the cutting disc
    • Product loading hopper with automatic opening of the cover
    • Stainless steel protection grid placed on the hopper connected to the safety sensor
    • Motorization with inverter and an electrical panel with IP 65 protectional class for all working commands
