画廊

全自动披萨芝士奶酪生产系统是一种创新的解决方案，在同一生产过程中将拉伸和成型与蒸汽技术相结合。它特别适用于中大型生产计划（最高达3,000公斤/小时）。该过程从拉伸机(1) 开始，其特点是独特的蒸汽技术，可直接输入蒸汽或输入4巴蒸汽至蒸汽夹层。随后，通过螺旋输送器(2) 将产品引入自动转盘成型机(3), 使生产过程连续进行。在该过程的最后阶段，产品进入冷却线(4) 具有自动变速输送功能。通过披萨干酪的自动化生产线，可以节省大量的时间，人工和能源消耗。

该系统完全采用AISI 304/316不锈钢制造，为CIP自动清洗系统做好了充分准备。
尺寸和功能可根据客户要求定制。
