    技术特点

    • 完全采用AISI 304不锈钢制造
    • 槽体内装有一组连续的由穿孔板制成的传送带
    • 传送带由于气缸的作用而移动，实现产品移动
    • 放置在槽的末端的提取皮带收集并卸载冷却过的产品，以用于下一个加工阶段
    • 传送带速度可调因此产品传送速度可调
    • 槽的长度和宽度根据生产的实际情况和奶酪类型来计算
    • 冷却水温度由温度调节器控制
    • 通过电泵进行水循环
    • 板式换热器保持恒定的冷却温度，避免产品热冲击
    • 盐浸槽的支脚全部可调整高度
    • 用于流量调节的手动阀
    • 盐浸槽的弯曲部分非常宽阔，以防止奶酪粘贴
