    技术特点

    絮凝槽

    • 用于生产意大利乳清干酪的自动化系统，能够处理大量的乳清或牛奶，显 着降低了劳动力和能源成本，尤其是蒸汽成本。
    • 完全采用AISI304不锈钢制造
    • 圆柱形系统带有锥形底部，锥形部分和外壳皆为双层绝缘墙体
    • 配有进气及排气阀
    • 观察镜安装在絮凝槽的圆柱和圆锥形部位上，用于观察生产过程
    • 配有牛奶，奶油或柠檬酸的计量配料系统
    • 配有一个离心泵，用于注入苏打，柠檬酸，牛奶，奶油及进行清洗。
    • 配有AISI304不锈钢电控面板，防护等级为IP65，配有西门子PLC，可实现生 产过程的完全自动化
    • CIP清洁:预设CIP清洗系统，通过管道和喷淋球进行清洗
    • 板式热交换器用于加热乳清并减少蒸汽消耗，得益于乳清进入和排出之间的热量回收。
