随着手撕奶酪棒需求的增加，MilkyLAB提供了创新的全自动化生产系统。手撕奶酪棒自动生产设备包括：蒸汽拉伸机（1），可直接输入蒸汽或输入4巴蒸汽至蒸汽夹层，随后通过输送加载机（2）将产品送至配备挤出系统的专为手撕奶酪棒成型而设计的自动成型机（3）。由此形成的产品被引入自动冷却和切割系统（4）中。最后阶段包括在盐浸线（5）中通过，然后在干燥通道（6）中通过。

通过该系统，我们的客户可以自由选择所需的直径和长度来生产各种尺寸的手撕奶酪棒。
该系统完全采用AISI 304/316不锈钢制造，为CIP自动清洗系统做好了充分准备。
尺寸和功能可根据客户需求进行定制。
